Villa Dioni - A new most impressive villa standing in a commanding elevated position on its own apart from two other neighbouring villas.
Reached via a private drive and situated between Coral Bay and the beautiful Sea Caves area towards St Georges. The sea views from the villa are superb.
This beautiful villa provides four bedrooms:- 3 ensuite bedrooms on the 1st floor of which there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi. The two double rooms also have balconies with sea views.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom which has a separate shower/wc room.
Also on the ground floor there is a comfortably furnished lounge with satellite (hot bird) TV and a modern kitchen with dining area. The large kitchen is fitted with wooden units and has dishwasher, microwave, wahsing machine, hob, oven and all essentials.
Outside the spacious terrace area surrounds the 10m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps into a shallow end for children. A BBQ is provided with an undercover area ideal for alfresco dining All sunloungers and garden furniture also provided.
The villa also has lawned areas to the side of the house and has parking space for serveral cars.
This villa is quiet and ideal for weddings.

Hi, We had a great time. The villa was great, little bit far out, bit of a walk for the bus so, we hired a car .
Chloe's in Paphos was the best Chinese and Barone's next to the bus stop is a very good Italian. The bars were pretty good (look for the specials). The 1/2 day cruise and night cruise were very good, a must.
The service at the villa was very good & will definitely be back. Pool was a bit cold but villa makes up for it.

Whilst there will always be negatives, overall, we had a fabulous time at the villa, and it met our every expectation.
As you may know, we went to Cyprus for our daughter's Wedding, and the villa was used as the "base" from which the wedding party (excluding the Groom of course) departed for the Wedding itself. It was perfect for that, as well as for our stay there.
The location is superb and the views are quite amazing. One small point is that in your report on the villa, you state "on its own apart from two other far reaching neighbouring villas", whereas, as the attached photos will show, it actually shares a drive with 1 villa and has a shared wooden fence with the other (Villa Dioni is the middle of 3 villas).

Absolutely loved Cyprus, although it is way more expensive than I remember from way back when... darn euro!
Villa was superb and the local facilities were very good. Particularly watersports.
Being an amateur history buff I enjoyed the island's history.
