The property was amazing, we knew from the pictures it was going to be special but it was even better in real life. It was so good that we did not venture far, we just enjoyed the relaxation by the infinity pool and strolls along the pebble beach. Being so close to the sea the sound of the waves was hypnotic and the view stunning. The property was well serviced and clean (a few more tea towels would have been handy but the washing machine eased this).The owners were very courteous and welcoming, bringing us not just a tray of fresh cookies from the Patisserie but also a large and very delicious Birthday cake for myself and one of our guests. We had such a good time and would definitely book this villa again.

The location of the villa was ideal, it was peaceful with well kept gardens and only a few steps down onto the pebble beach. The convenience store was close at hand and a few restaurants were within a short walking distance. As it was late in the season the supermarkets carried less fresh foods but all basics were available, as there was road works on the main road linking Kissonegra to Paphos it was safer to stick to the few restaurants that were open nearby as we didn't opt for a hire car.
There were plenty of buses easily accessible to take you to towns nearby but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the relaxation of villa to venture further.

We ate twice at Holly's restaurant which offered a good varied menu with fresh home cooked foods at a reasonable price( 3 courses for 15 Euros). Again as it was late in the season we were often the only people in the restaurants which meant service was prompt. All restaurants were very obliging and offered a mix between traditional Cypriot and UK style menus.

The service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent, all communication was prompt and informative.

The villa was PERFECT !!! new, clean, with a wonderful sea view. Very spacious and comfortable. Nothing was missing from it. The children loved the swimming pool and the adults in the evenings enjoying the magnificent sunset !

Very peacefull location and lots of privacy.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
The villa's location is excellent for trips to coral bay (just 5 min. with car) where is a beautiful beach and also to Akamas, Latchi and the Bath of Aphrodite.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Excellent service and great communication. Also the owner of Villa, Yiannis, was of great help.

My family stayed in the newly built villa Oceanos (Ref No. 000598) for my dad's 60th birthday in June 2010 and we had a fantastic holiday.

The villa was amazing - something out of MTV Cribs!

The infinity pool was lovely and all the rooms were built to a very high standard with amazing views.

The kitchen had everything you required and the outside bbq area and gardens were lovely.

Thank you for a great holiday and a memorable birthday for my dad.

Again lovely. Even though there were 3 villas, it was still very private. The sea view and sunsets will always be remembered.

Kikkos Cocktail Bar in Coral Bay excellent. Prices very good and service excellent. Brought the kiddies 2 extra cocktails beacause they had removed the 'bits' they had left whilst they went on the playground! Corallo Restaurant opposite excellent fish/meat mezes. Supermarket at Coral Bay(from villa straight across roundabout on RHS) large and cheaper than others.(Only found this on our last day!!!) We went to Pathos for the day and Lara Beach/Polis/ Latchi on another.Both excellent days out.Lara Beach (where the turtles are)certainly tested our little hire car!! Had to take the very bumpy road very carefully!!

Yes. They were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted problems out straight away.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
Yianni the villas owner couldn't have been more helpful. He literally was just a phone call away!!
