Very Exclusive Coral Bay Sea Front Villa.
This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is one of the most highly sought after sea front holiday properties around, and, is situated in the heart of Coral Bay. The villa sits right on the water’s edge separated only by a clear blue swimming pool, a wonderful decked area and a mature green garden which slopes 30m down towards the Mediterrenean's edge. In the morning, you will hear the waves lapping up on the beach giving a blissful awakening for you and your party of guests and in the evening you can enjoy the most dramatic sunsets too.
The interior is smartly designed, carefully planned and fully equipped for the perfect holiday. The lounge with Satellite TV and comfortable sofas and dining area which seats 6, open out onto the patio, pool and garden area, which overlooks the sea. The kitchen is cutting edge with all modern conveniences included.
Towards the rear of the villa there is a twin bedroom with a private walk in shower room and WC (This is ideal for elderly or infirm guests who need ever only use 3 steps throughout the whole property). On the upper level you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed that opens out onto a large balcony, facing the sparkling blue waters of the Med. There is also a second king-sized bedroom on the upper level, with patio doors leading out onto the aforementioned balcony which is perfect for morning coffees or breakfast whilst watching the sea ripple and the odd little boat sail by. Located between the two is a luxury shower room with double sized tray and an open landing area at the top of the stairs.
This villa also has a cool lower basement level below ground with Table Tennis table and a further shower room which is ideal when returning in from the pool.
Outside, the property is equipped with garden table, chairs and parasol and 6 sun loungers to help soak up that long awaited holiday sunshine. A smartly designed decking area with lighting completes the set up and provides a choice of areas for sun worshipping, alfresco dining and evening entertainment.
Other main facilities include central heating (allowing visits all year round), air-conditioning, ceiling fans to all main rooms, Satellite TV, bbq, flyscreens and shutters to keep the villa cool when you go out.

Exclusive Villa Sunrise Beach Villa
1. How was the your property?
The villa was lovely, good sized rooms and all appliances/equipment you should need (washer, dishwasher, microwave, dvd, ITV and BBC!!)
2. And the location?
Excellent location overlooking the sea giving astonishing views. Plenty of sun through the day. Perhaps a little overlooked by the neighbouring villas but probably only if they are going to sit on their balcony and watch you which I'm sure is most unlikely.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Having been to Coral Bay 4 times now my husband and I would highly recommend Andria's restaurant (especially the sea bass and steaks), The Bay restaurant (new in 2011) and the Italian's opposite the Bay restaurant. We'd also recommend The Millenium bar for it's staff (Robbie and Riko), service and atmosphere.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas before you travelled?
We were more than satisfied with the service you provided before we travelled - all queries were responded to promptly, the booking process was seamless and problem free and comprehensive directions to the villa provided.
5. Were you satisfied with information / assistance from the owner or property manager?
Yes more than satisfied. We did encounter a problem with the heating system but this was overcome for our period of stay to our satisfaction and did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday.
6. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
The villas is situated in an excellent location for the stunning sea views but is at the bottom of a steep drive which may causes difficulty for more senior people or those with walking difficulties. If you are hiring a car this can be disregarded and so I would recommend it for the views and tranquility.

Exclusive Villa Sunrise Beach Villa
The property was lovely, both the interior and exterior were clean and tidy and it made for an excellent the base. The view out to sea was stunning and the bbq completed what was the perfect villa.
The location was ideal, it was a short walk into coral bay to all the bars and restuarants but far enough out of the way to forget where we were.
We took a trip to the Akamas National Park on quads we hired, I would recommend doing this without a guide as you get to see more of the park, we returned on a mountain road (not sure of the name) from Polis to Coral Bay which gave breathtaking views at the summit.
As for resturaunts we would highly recommend a Japanese restuarant called Samismen, they cook right in front of you and it is a great night out.
All communications with Cyprus Property &Villas Team were dealt with quickly and friendly before departure and the advice on things to do in the area was much appreicated, would happily use their services again.
The pool at our villa was a small let down, due a broken filter (apparently a poor one even when working) the pool was quite dirty after the first 2 days, although the pool cleaner tried to fix the filter he was unable to do so properly because of waiting on parts. This meant there were a couple days when we didnt really feel like using the pool until the filter was repaired. However once working properly it was lovely and refreshing.

Exclusive Villa Sunrise Beach Villa
"We have had a most wonderful holiday, it was the first time we have hired a Villa, and would definitely do it again.
The property was clean and very spacious, and the location was beautiful, looking over the sea it was a lovely view when you wake in the morning so peaceful.
The restaurants and shops were only a 10 minute walk away and we found a beach that only the locals used which was much quieter than the main beach, unfortunately we didnt do any sightseeing as the tempratures were very hot and we had a one year old with us, but we will come back when its not so hot to do some sightseeing. The people in Coral Bay were very friendly.
The service form Cyprus Property Villas was very good and the travel pack that was sent to us was very informative and helpful, Simon our contact was alway contactable and the taxi company you recommended were very efficient. The baby hire company was also very good.
I would recommed this holiday to all of my friends, and we would definitely use you again."
