The Astrofegia beach villa is situated in Pomos village at Paphos region in Cyprus, in a fabulous sea-front location. The sea here is safe and suitable for swimming or snorkeling and fishing.
This villa offers comfortable family accommodation for six persons. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. In the lounge diner there is Hi-FI centre and multi satellite TV 40" with 4 sat (SKY, Hot Bird, Nilesat & Helllas sat). Two bedrooms, including the downstairs bedroom, have king-sized beds, while the third has two large (4' wide) singles. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV 32" ,DVD player and 4 sat receivers (SKY, Hot Bird, Nilesat & Helllas sat). Also all the bedroomsare equipped with Hi-fi CD player. The three sofas in the lounge are convertible to beds.
This villa has a huge swimming pool 15M x 5M meters L shape. The swimming pool can be heated using the 20 solar panels free of charge and this works (depending on the weather) all the year except from Nov-March. For the winter you may choose to heat the pool using the gas boiler but this costs 120 euro per day - it's a very large pool! In the rest of the year (if required) the pool can be additional heated with the boiler with the cost of 80 Euro per day (pool heating with boiler is min 5 days).

Internet access using your own laptop at the villa cost 10 Euro per day (LAN or Wi-Fi with speed 3000 kbts)
If you are from Cyprus and you have your own internet account (Cyprus Internet account and you use only our DSL line) this will cost you only 5 Euro per day.
Pool table 50 Euro-Cent per game or unlimited games 5 Euro per day.
We may provide you a welcome pack as you reques at the additional cost of the goods.

1. How was your property?
Astrofegia Beach is spacious, well maintained and equipped.
The swimming pool is simply 10 out of 10 and with the games room, ideal for families/groups.
The owner's little touches are great and make you feel very welcome e.g. his bar and music system.
We were disappointed the Sky satellite was not working, as with young children we needed cartoon channels to make life easier. (This has now been dealt with by the owner - it was found that insects had dropped flowers into the LNB of the Satellite Dish).
2. And the location?
Very easy from the airport.
Great views from the Villa, a very private and safe villa.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Kanalli restaurant was a 2 min walk away. Fantastic staff, lovely views and a good choice of menu. Child friendly.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Both the ladies we spoke to at Cyprus Proprties were helpful and friendly. Our requests regarding the property were dealt with efficiently. The only difficulty we had was paying for the property was the Paypal route.

Thank you for booking the holiday for us and the arrangements you did with Zac.
The villa was superb and the area around the villa was excellent. Zac was an wonderful host and was very helpful in telling us which tourist attractions to go to.
The villa has UK compatible sockets as well as adaptors.
The swimming pool was wonderful with an area for relaxing, an area for the younger children, an area for the stronger swimmers (1.70 m) as well as disabled access. We managed to book the hottest week in 50 years so the gazebo with the pool room was a blessing.
One thing I would recommend is handout/map of where the restaurants, shopping facilities, and tourist spots such as Lara Bay are located.
However we had a fantastic time and are feeling the post holiday blues already!"

1. How was the your property?
The villa was superb ...well equipped, comfortable above average.
2. And the location?
The location was a dream come true. To be able to walk down the private villa steps to a deserted beach was a rare experience. Just the sea and beach in front and the mountains behind........wonderful.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
There was an excellent restaurant within walking distance of the villa. The scenery was lovely. Another reataurant called Saint Barbara served lovely food in a beach setting.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Yes absolutely. Every need was met and the owner Zac was extremely helpful and gracious.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
This was my first holiday after having a stroke and my worries about managing were completely unfounded. The access to the villa and the pool catered very well to my less mobile needs.

Villa Astrofegia Beach
Hi,
The property was nice with a fully equipped kitchen, large pool, and really close to the sea. Great with pool table and basketball for the teenagers. The Owner was nice and very helpful. It is good to have a car, but there was also several taxi services nearby.
Lesley at Cyprus Property and Villas was very helpful and provided excellent service, helping us with taxi, welcome pack etc.
I would highly recommend this villa.
