Myself, my wife and 24 year old daughter holidayed here.

We asked for a quiet location with beach and restaurants close by with public transport to the more popular and busy Paphos and Coral Bay areas.

The Aura Villa No2 - 'Galene' - fitted the bill as requested. It was Clean and Quiet (no disturbance at all from the Queens Hotel and not in view).

The welcome pack was a nice touch but some milk for the cereal and tea/coffee would have made it much better (A pure oversight I am sure because the attending staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and felt welcome).

The private pool and gardens were also safe, neat, clean, tidy and not overlooked by other properties, with sun all day.

Several shops and good restaurants are within a ten minute walk (try The Doria and Harmony) and the bus stops for Paphos and Coral Bay were about 300 metres from the villa and ran every 15 minuets up to 12-30 at night.

A large beach was easily accessible and never crowded whenever we used it - every day. There were also good areas for snorkelling.

We have used Cyprus Property Villas before and will use them again. They are efficient, friendly and quite accurate with their information and suggestions. Well done again for supplying exactly what was asked for.

Plenty in area...all adequate. This wasn't a gastronomic holiday!

Instructions relating to finding the villa inaccurate. Need updating. There is also a more simple route from the airport.

We had a super restful holiday in a villa that lived up to all things that it said on the website. The owners were always available, pleasant and courteous, from whom we obtained much good advice about the local area, buses, restaurants etc. Would recommend this holiday to anyone contemplating a restful time in the sun, without tha aggro of car hire. The only slight downside was that there really was no beach available for walking or swimming, but this was a small criticism when we had our own private, well looked-after pool. Thank you all for a hassle-free holiday.

Our first impressions of the villa's (even although it was dark when we arrived) was very good and that we had made a good choice. Once inside the villas our expectations were far exceeded. Firstly, the Owners had left a small food package which ensured that we had water, fruit juice, bread, milk and cereal for breakfast the next morning. The villa was very well equipped and everything that we needed (and more) to make our stay enjoyable was to hand. The villa was spotlessly clean and the garden and pool area well looked after. The Owner was about everyday so, if there was any small issues (which there was none) he was there to assist. This was our first time holidaying in Cyprus but the experience has left us wanting to see more of this very friendly country.

The holiday was just what we needed.

The Villa was as we expected, fully equipped, cleaned and presented to a high standard.

We chose this villa because of it's location plus we stayed here last year, it has sea views, a quiet location at the front and it affords us good value for money.

We run our own holiday cottage business in Cornwall and one thing I have learnt is not to recommend restaurants etc. There are hundreds in the local area to choose from and all give good value ..... however, I would recommend trying the Quay area in Paphos.

In answer to your questions, the villa was excellent and I have no
complaints. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to any
of our friends. It had all we needed for our holiday. The Villa and pool
area was clean and perfect and made for a great holiday.

The location of the villa within the complex was great, we had a good
uninterrupted view of the sea from all the rooms of the villa. The Villa complex is well situated for visiting different areas of the Island, if you felt the need to leave the
Villa.

If i was to be a little picky the fence facing the road in front of the hotel could have
done with being non see through, as people on the upper floors of the hotel
could see into the villa pool area.

We spent time eating in the Coral Bay area and down on the harbour area of
Pathos, I can say we never had a bad meal. I recommend that you drink the
local wine "very pleasant".

The whole booking process was stress free and the web-site photos of the
Villa were a true reflection, directions etc good, no problems in finding the
Villa.

We run our own holiday accommodation business here in Cornwall and after a
busy summer we decided to take a holiday somewhere we had not been before.
Cyprus was our choice, and what a good choice it was, a great relaxing
holiday. I know we will be back.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the villa, last sept, april this year and sept again.

As you can probably guess, we absolutely love the villa and can't imagine staying anywhere else.

We have been coming to cyprus for approx 10yrs and the villa is by far the best place we have stayed.

It is wonderful, well equipped, clean, spacious and private. we love the pool and the bbq, if we have any critisism it is the beds aren't very comfortable..... but a small price to pay for the rest of the holiday.

We love the location, the sea view is fantastic, its very private, not overlooked at all. The little bay close by is great for snorkelling and coral bay is a few minutes drive away. Plenty of shops close by and 2 min walk to the bus stop.

We ate at some super restaurants, in particular we enjoyed the Ocean Basket at Avanti Village, the Rib Shack in Paphos and a traditional cypriot restaurant in Kathikas.

We found the service provided by yourselves and by the owner's family to be excellent.

We hired a car from A&G Neophytou Rent-A-Car Ltd (rentals@agrentacar.com) who provided transfers from larnaca and were an excellent company to deal with.

Hi there - had a wonderful holiday - a bit too hot at times!!

Property was 1st class and the owners could not do enough for us, we had a problem with our washing machine and until it was repaired we were given the key to Villa 4 to use the one there.

We hired a car for a few days to do some sightseeing. The location was perfect so handy to get a bus to Paphos or Coral Bay.

We used the "Lucky Genie" resturant quite a few times, only 5 mins from the villa this was very good.

Could not fault your service although the taxi company charged us 40 euros there and 40 euros back to the airport.

We had a lovely holiday despite the weather being a lot hotter than we'd expected!

The villa was brilliant - no complaints whatsoever, only praise. Even though it was very hot, there was always some shade to be had around the pool which was great for us as we had a baby with us. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The location was very good - the situation of the villas was like an oasis, very peaceful and the grounds were beautiffuly maintained with the most wonderful flowers. It was handy for the bus stops and supermarkets.

Because it as so hot, we didn't do any trips, apart from taking the bus to Pafos a few times and once to Coral Bay. We would highly recommend the Vardas Restaurant on the beach which was about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the villa going towards Pafos, next to the Thompson hotel.. The food and service was excellent. Also, if you spent five euros each you could have a sunbed and brolly for as long as you wanted on a lovely grassy area by the beach - the beach was lovely, easy to get into the water.

The closest beach to the villas was a few minutes walk away, by the Queen' Bay Hotel. It was a nice beach, very small, and the water was easy to get into. The downside was that there was no shade at all so you would be advised to take your own parasol.

We also liked the Sunset Bay complex next to the villas - lovely to have a drink there in the evening and watch the sunset! We ate there once and the food was good.

We were very happy with the service provided by yourselves - the booking was dealt with efficiently and any queries we had were answered promptly. I felt very confident about the whole procedure and wasn't disappointed when we arrived at the property.

If we ever plan to go back to Cyprus, we would have no hesitation in using your services again.

Just about finished with the washing and ironing!

Yes we all had a fab time at the villa, everything was lovely and clean and
worked properly. The pool area was a hit with the kids and it was nice to have the
luxuries of a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms.

We have stayed in Cyprus many times so we knew the location and although we
had a car, it was easy to get to local restaurants/shops by walking.

We had a great day out in Latchi and hired a speedboat for a couple of hours
- great fun.

The owners were very friendly and let us stay late in our villa, as we had a late flight.

They were very attentive and tended to the gardens and villa well.

We would definitely use the villas again or recommend them to our friends.

We have just got back from Cyprus staying at Villa Aura ll for a week, its the first time we have been to Cyprus and cant wait to go back again,the villa was spotless and had everything we needed with fantastic views of the sea, the owner Yorgos is really nice and friendly as are the cypriot people, many thanks to Denise who was very nice and arranged our taxi from the airport to the villa much appreciated, definitely going back to this villa next year and would highly recommend it. many thanks. We arrived at our Villa to be met by George, the owner. He was such a lovely chap and made us all feel very welcome. He had even put some beer in the fridge.

The Villa itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever need, home from home but with beautiful sunshine every day. We sat outside every day for breakfast by the lovely pool. You could not wish for a more idyllic setting.

We were very happy with the information and advice given to us from Kim and Denise when we were looking for a villa in Cyprus and all the arrangements they made went without a hitch.
When we arrived at the villa we were met by George who was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He even let us have the use of the villa on the last day until 6p.m. as we had a late night flight home. His father was very friendly also and cut our grass and also fetched us a large bunch of bananas. The villa itself was very well thought out and had everything in it you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was the swimming pool which was kept spotless as was the villa and the surrounding grounds. All in all it was a holiday never to be forgotten. We cant wait to go back and will certainly use Cyprus Property Villas again.

Thank you for your help in booking our holiday especially your prompt
replies to emails and phone calls.
We returned home on 7th May from a week staying at Aura Villas. Our villa
was very well equipped and very spacious with everything you need for a
relaxing holiday, the welcome pack even had chocolate biscuits! My wife
asked George for a hairdryer and he was back in less than 5 minutes with
one. Also when his father came to cut the grass he bought us a large bunch
of bananas that he had just cut from his own garden. They were very friendly
and helpful and made us feel at home straight away.
All in all the week went far too quickly and we would have been more than
happy to stay for at least another month!

Villa was lovely, clean and well furnished. Kitchen equipment was in exceptionally good order.

Bus service into Coral Bay and Paphos very good. A quiet and relaxing environment.

The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the weather - it was freezing cold and wet. The heaters in the villa were extrememly welcome. Bet it is brillliant in the summer!!

The website was found just by chance on the internet. It was very easy to follow and the pair of you were super efficient at getting back to me by both telephone and email about any queries or questions that I raised.
The villa itself was fabulous, clean, spacious and in a lovely position looking out over the sea. George and Fiona were helpful and left a welcome package of food items and a list of local good recommended restaurants and other helpful tips.

There seems to be a very good bus service available and closely convienient. We shall definatley be going back again to use Aura villas.

We found Cyprus Property & Villas to be a lovely family run company that was well organised and friendly, couldn't do enough for you, just like the Cypriots are in general really. Lovely people, and a well run company.

The villa was gorgeous! The setting, the building, the interior, all of it was spot on. Couldn't have asked for more. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed for living there and the welcome basket was well appreciated, especially the soya milk.

It was clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. We were quite surprised when we got up the morning after we arrived and opened the curtains to see the view, gorgeous!

Just to let you know we had a great time, pictures on web site don't do justice to the villa, i will send more pics and testimonial later.

Our 3 week stay at Aura Villa could not have been better. The villa is much larger and more classy than the pictures show.
The owners were always there to make sure our stay was the best, right from the booking of our taxi for arrival and departure to answering any
questions they were more than hospitable.
The location is just the right distance from town center & virtually right on the beach, but is in walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery shopping.
The booking agents Denise & Kim were very easy to deal with, prompt, efficient and friendly.

Cyprus Property & Villas is great. Attention to details is excellent and general
helpfulness is beyond compare. The villa was exactly as advertised,
only down side was I should have gone for a heated pool, as the pool
was freezing, the family that run it were very helpful and
proffesional, and the late checkout was very helpful. All the
facilities in the villa worked and the welcome pack was very
comprehensive and set us up for the first day.

I found Cyprus Property & Villas efficient and helpful and would recommend them to holidaymakers who do not want a bog standard package deal,particularly families. Their website was easy to use and my family and I found the most perfect villa you could ever hope for through them.

The villa was absolutely superb and I could not think of anything that could be added to improve it in any way. I particularly liked having a pool area without any grass, because that cut down on the number of bugs that fell into the pool. The villa was so good that I found myself relaxing straight away on our holiday.

Georgos, Fiona and the family generally were also very welcoming and friendly, which added to our enjoyment of the holiday.

Just wanted to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic holiday in Cyprus. The accommodation was outstanding and the cleanest, best equipped and most thoughtfully designed that we have ever

Cyprus Property & Villas delivered exactly what you said you would, Kim was lovely to deal with, honest and straightforward, never felt we were being "sold" a holiday, merely informed about what was on offer. We can't speak to all the villas on the site but the AuraVillas in Cyprus were simply outstanding. Kim always was prompt in responding and phoned when she said she would – and thanks for sorting out my champagne surprise!! The villa was excellent, being less than twelve months old, it was all still like new. Decorated tastefully, we loved the open plan layout and the ensuite facilities in each bedroom. The villa owners were conveniently on site and provided us with an excellent handpicked welcome pack, along with water melons and free growing bananas throughout our stay grown by members of the owners family.

This cyprus villa was beautiful, very clean and comfortable with wonderful furnishing. The layout of the interior was very cleverly thought out giving spacious bedrooms with generous wardrobe and storage space. The generous spacing was evident throughout bathrooms, the living room and kitchen.
Outside was an attractive patio and good size pool. The view over Coral bay was fantastic.

Firstly, our Villa - I have to say that I think we had the best Villa on the plot - your photographs were very accurate. We had seaviews from the kitchen, garden and the upstairs bedrooms. We thought the Villa and the surrounding ones had been thoughtfully laid out and well built.

It was nice meeting both Kim and Denise and being able to put a face and a voice to the internet site! I found the company very helpful and geniunely keen for us to enjoy Cyprus. Booking the Villa was very swift, with only a minor hiccup paying for it via the credit card!

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed Cyprus. Fiona, George and their daughters (plus the rest of the family) were extremely helpful and friendly and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. As I said before, the Villa was superb - the pool (even in early April) was well used by our daughters and the Cypriot barbeque was well used by my husband! I would definitely recommend the Aura Villas (though perhaps not too much as I want to be able to return next year without 'our' villa being too booked up!). The locality on the western side (between Paphos and Coral Bay) was well situated for supermarkets, restaurants and historical sites. Although visitors to Aura Villas have good access to the local buses we found the hire car to be a must for touring the Island and just generally nipping about.

The villa was brilliant – clean, spacious and with all modern appliances which were very easy to use.
The pool was fantastic and our girls had a fantastic time – the pool attendant visited regularly to ensure all was well. George and Fiona and their girls were superb in every way – they helped us and told us of several events over Easter which we could attend and also pointed us in the right direction for various sights to see and places to visit – the pool proved to be too tempting for our girls though so we did not get as much sight seeing done as we would have liked – another visit soon we think! We have passed your details on to various people that we work with and have recommended that they book one of the these Villa’s.
