1. How was the your property?
Very good overall, we had everything we needed, very nice villa, clean and
practical, air con included in price, nice space and layout with some sea
views, a good degree of privacy and pretty quiet, I managed to have a couple of hours a day with a book and music on our very own private area outside the master bedroom.

2. And the location?

Coral bay itself is fairly quiet, which suited the adults in the party who
just wanted to chill out, we had Two teenagers in tow who at times were a
bit bored, however when they discovered the cheap bus fare to Paphos at any time of day, which has a late return of 11.30pm, this
improved everything for them.


3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips,
that you would highly recommend?

Very nice chinese food at Jade Garden, Greek taverna had fair food
pork,lamb chicken from the grill very good, Greek night was great fun and
entertaining,
Irish bar not to our liking as we dont like sports, however
free popcorn and pool tables etc entertained both the teenagers.
Local supermarket was pricey, however its
worth visiting the big supermarkets near Paphos (a new Lidl just opened) and
getting a weekly big shop! as Peter Kay would say.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property &
Villas?
The team were and are very professional and had excellent comms, all completed by emails and online great when you are a very busy person who wants no hassle, I even got responses to my queries very late one
night, now thats commitment and service as it should be.
Thank you for organising a fab holiday for me and my family, and I would be
looking forward for you to facilate our holiday again.

Villa Katrina was excellent. Had everything you could possibly require. Pool was good size for 6 adults.
The location was close to beach, supermarket 5mins walk & couple of restaurants, further up the road more eating places & shops.
Bus service across the road.
Would certainly consider using Cyprus Property & Villas again as the service was excellent. Thank You once again.

Villa Katrina was beautiful and exactly like the description on the web site. We visited several beaches and the best was the beach directly in front of the villa, three minutes walk away (this was also the only beach we found with free showers).

Maria and Graham were amazing and very, very helpful. The villa was clean, modern and very well equiped, with a large pool that the children loved and didn't want to leave.
If you have children a visit to the waterpark in Paphos is fun, a bit expensive but great slides and a full day of entertainment.

Cyprus Property Villas were fantastic, always replying to emails immediately and we would definately book with them again. We also booked our rental car through their site and got a great deal.

1. Property was lovely and clean, well equipped with views of the sea.

2. Location was great for the beach but it was a 30 minute walk to the main high street. We took the bus up to town and walked back - great exercise.

3. We mainly ate at The Corallo in the main town - excellent food and service and reasonably priced.

4. The service provided by yourselves was excellent.

5. The bus service was very regular and on time (1.50 euros to anywhere). The local supermarket was very handy but slightly more expensive than Angelinas in the main high street. We are definately going to stay at this villa again.

Absolutly gorgeous, had everything we needed and it was very clean. Maria and Graham were superb in making sure we had everything we needed.

We mostly went to Paphos to meet up with family, but the coral bay beach was lovely

Cyprus was beautiful and the Villa was amazing. The pool was a life-saver and very well used. As you had stated the beach was very close by and so was the supermarket and local restaurants.

Please pass on our thanks to the owners of the Villa. We ensured it was as clean on our departure, as it was when we arrived.

You offered advice without being oppressive in all aspects of our holiday arrangements including flights and car hire. I have already recommended you to two friends.

The villa was clean with all the stated items available and in working order with the welcome pack very much appreciated. Thanks for the directions from the airport to the villa, they were were spot on. The pool water was a little cloudy but not un-useable. This was due to the dust being blown over from the open land adjacent to the villa . It was sorted out when the pool guy came on the second day. He was very apologetic about the pool-water and gave loads of tips and information about the area whilst he was there.

You score 10 / 10 (everything as described and stated) and yes, I would use your company again. First class service!

An excellent villa, well-located with a good pool in a quiet corner of Coral Bay.

All the facilities we wanted, including excellent and essential air-conditioning, and we very much liked the modern décor and furniture.

Walking distance to shops, beach, pubs, restaurants, car hire office and bus stops. Although buses are good for local trips, we'd recommend car hire in order to explore the island properly.

We returned to the UK on Sunday and what a great week we had in Cyprus. It has been 10 years since we were last there and we remembered what a
wonderful place it is and asked ourselves why we had not returned sooner.

As you know we made our booking with you only one day before we left as because of this we were somewhat apprehensive. We had no reason to be so.
All the arrangements were perfect. The villa was ideal and we are only sorry that we hadn't invited friends to fully make use of the facilities.

Although it is not be necessary to hire a car it is definitely an advantage and it enabled us to explore the area.

We have no problem in recommending this villa to a family or a couple in their fifties like ourselves.

I am sure that we will be returning to Cyprus in the near future.

Just got back from two weeks in this fantastic villa, we really enjoyed our holiday and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cyprus Property & Villas to anyone.

Villa Katrina is absolutely fantastic close to all local amenities including a small supermarket, scuba diving, jet skiing and the most importantly a few local pubs.

The beach is in walking distance and the
local bus service is second to none.

Roll on next year as we are planning on going back to the same villa.

Very peaceful location, with great views. Villa is well laid out and the patio area, garden and pool are very well maintained.

Close to amenities, including a sandy beach and a great Irish pub with fabulous frozen drinks that are a must in the warm Cyprus weather.

The villa was lovely and very clean and very well equipped.

The only comment I would make was the villa is at the end of the road it was very dark at night due to streetlights not yet working. It didn't spoil things though and we would definitely consider going again.

An all-round great experience. Fantastic villa, beautifully laid out with great views over Coralia beach and sea. Easy to reach and within walking distance of all that you might need whilst there.
