Panorama Sea View Villa is set in the most wonderful position at the end of a private road high on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Surrounded by fruit trees and a banana plantation, so privacy is totally assured and the views are nothing short of breathtaking. The hot tub by the pool may well be the best place in Cyprus to watch the sun set!
You enter the villa directly into a vary specious and attractive lounge with two sets of patio doors facing towards the panoramic views. There is a satellite TV (limited channels) DVD and Sony Plastation2, CD player and the area is fully airconditioned. A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the kitchen diner. The well fitted kitchen with granite worktops, oak units, dining table, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A side door leads to the barbeque on the pool terrace.
Off from the lounge area is the air-conditioned master double bedroom with patio doors to a side terrace. This also boasts a portable TV and hairdryer. This beroom has en suite shower room and vanity unit, no WC, whilst the cloakroom with WC is adjacent to the bedroom. A flight of stairs leads to the two further pretty bedrooms, both having air-conditioning, twin beds and colourful matching fabrics. Each has a portable TV and hairdryer. Both have patio doors to a huge first floor terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs and offers breathtaking views of the coastline from Paphos to Coral Bay. A full family bathroom separates these two bedrooms.
Outside the colourful terraces with their glorious views are just designed for outside living. There is a barbeque area, outside shower and an 8 metre pool with shallow end and walk in steps for children and elderly persons. The area is well furnished for both relaxing and dining outdoors and a jacuzzi hot tub is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching those glorious sunsets.
The villa has air conditioning units throughout should you need them.

Villa Kliotos Panorama
The property is really excellent, just as described in the info on your site. It stands alone high on a hill with unhampered view to the sea. The sunset views from there were unforgettable. The owner Kyriacos was there to wellcome us when we arrived and he introduced the property to us. He also had filled the fridge with the basic groceries. During our whole stay he was very friendly and helpful when ever we needed something from him concerning the property.
The location is very isolated and peaceful as we had hoped. If you wish to have real privacy this is your place. But you also have to have own car to be able to come and go from there.
In Coral Bay area restaurant Corallo is really good, at least if you want to eat local meals like kleftico, stifado or moussaka. A little further the restaurant Viklari (The Last Castle) in Peyia is definitively worth visiting in connection with your visit to Avacas Gorge. If you visit the Troodos Mountains the restaurant Mylos in Kakopetria is definitively worth trying. Their speciality the local rainbow trout is really delicious and the place itself is also unique.
Again this time I was more than satisfied with the service, because I had problems in paying the bill with Paypal, that I could not overcome. But Lesley was more than patient in trying all the possibilities with me and finally helped me through.

Villa Kliotos Panorama
We had an excellent time and will certainly be recommending your services to our friends and family!
1. How was the your property? The Kliotos Villa Panorama near Kissonerga was the perfect place to relax. It is fully equipped and the owner, Kyri, is a very friendly guy who is fluent in English. Although we arrived at 8pm, he was there to meet us to give us the tour and had stocked the fridge with essentials which was excellent. The property is vast and has a lovely big pool and hot tub on the sea-facing terrace. The rooms were small but very clean.
2. And the location? The villa was a little further out than we expected. It sits on top of a banana plantation about 5mins drive from Kissonerga. We were super happy with this as it was the privacy that we wanted from the villa vs. a hotel. The nearest beach is 5mins drive The villa is mid way between Paphos main town and Coral Bay (about 15mins drive either way). Kissonerga is right around the corner, but there is not as much there as we expected.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
I think it really depends on what you are looking for. We would recommend Zorba's in Paphos for a local Meze and Coral King in Coral Bay for other local specialities. We also stumbled upon a great bar called the Outback on the road to Paphos. It is in an australian style (all wooden) and has a great cocktail list.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? DEFINITELY!! The service was second to none. Any questions during the booking process, the team were more than happy to help. Also, we did not have a specific villa that we wanted from the site and the team was happy to recommend the best villas that were available in the area we wanted. 5 stars!
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? It is worth noting you will require cash to pay for the air con. therefore cash will be required.
