We really enjoyed our holiday, the villa was extremely clean tidy and well presented. very spacious and light with all the necessary facilities. The location was fabulous overlooking the sea, and the owner was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

The only problem being that it made it almost impossible to come home!!

We would definitely consider using you again in the future. Using yourselves was very easy, you answered any questions we had instantly and you were very helpful and friendly.

We had a fab time at the Villa Katrina - the location was great and everything we needed - and more - was there. The villa was decorated and maintained to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Cyprus Holiday Villas to our friends.

We would use your company again as we found Kim and Denise to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at all times. The pre-booked taxi from the airport and the travel directions we received were spot on and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Graham and Maria who oversee the property were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate in booking this villa again.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your cyprus villa ( No 3 ), we were so impressed with the cyprus villa,the location 7 the friendliness of yourself, George, and his family that we are in the process of booking villa's No1 & No 2 for our daughters wedding next August.

Very Good; yes, I would use you again without hesitation
The villa was well laid out, clean and amenities not to far away.
The exterior was a mature garden surrounding the pool with the added bonus of fresh fruit tomatoes, bananas, strawberries, oranges and passion fruit.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Overall the location was very pleasant and restful with the beach and seafront walk meters away.

The only comment I would make was the villa is at the end of the road it was very dark at night due to streetlights not yet working. It didn't spoil things though and we would definitely consider going again.

Cyprus Property Villas were very helpful and easy to book with, no problems there.

We would use Cyprus property villas again, and also we would re visit Antonis villas,the owner was very friendly and always available if we needed something.

We think a car is necessary if you want to go and see the sights, although there is a shop, restaurant, and bar within walking distance.

The beach is very rocky, with no sand.

The Aura villas are beautiful, the owners friendly and helpful. They make your holiday a pleasant memory, so pleasant that we are now planning to relocate to Cyprus.

This is our 2nd time with Cyprus Property & Villas. They are very helpful and friendly. Denise and Kim the booking agents are really helpful too.

Other than the hiccup at the beginning which was not a big deal but was amplified due to the horrible weather that night, the car from rent a wreck and the airline bending our pram wheel!!

Everything was fantastic. Fiona and her family were extremely kind and helpful and the Villa itself was everything we hoped for.

When I get back to work we intend to look at dates for next May in the same Villa, Number 5, perhaps for 2 weeks.

We found your company very easy to deal with, and we would use it again.

The villa was excellent, it had all the amenities we have at home. We would stay with you again, and have recommended you to some friends, it might be possibly next year when they might be interested, I have given them all your details including your web site etc.

This is a great Villa if you're looking just to kick back and relax. You can walk to the coast line which is just a minutes walk - ideal for sunsets. Cyprus Property Villas are really easy to work with, very professional and made sure the holiday ticked over in the way you want it to. Great stuff

1. The company, Cyprus Property and Villas, was superb. Couldn't have been
more helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property
on the island. I would certainly use You again.

2. The villa was wonderful, it was spotlessly clean and it had everything in
it we could possibly have wanted. Slightly out of Paphos itself, but this
meant that the area was peaceful and quiet, apart from our kids!! The house
was so light and airy, and incredibly comfortable. Antonis, and his brother
Valentine, checked in with us periodically to make sure we were OK, and the
pool was cleaned every second day. I loved the villa!

3. Have just returned from Cyprus having had one of the best holidays of my
life. Villa No.6 was spotless, extremely comfortable and had everything to
make our holiday run smoothly, which is imperative when you have 3 boys
under 6!

Antonis and his brother checked with us regularly, so we didn't feel
isolated not having a holiday rep constantly "at" us. The pool was cleaned
and checked every second day.

Would highly recommend this site, Kim and Denise couldn't have been more
helpful, which was so reassuring when arranging a holiday through the
"faceless" internet. Would certainly use Cyprus Property and Villas site
again.

From start to finish our holiday was superb. Even to the point that when I sent an email on a saturday night at 11pm, Kim responded that night!
The villa was very spacious and "as new". And george was the perfect host bringing us fresh bananas everyday.

Hi Kim & Denise, just got back.

Just to let you know we had a great time, pictures on web site don't do justice to the villa, i will send more pics and testimonial later.

Our 3 week stay at Aura Villa could not have been better. The villa is much larger and more classy than the pictures show.
The owners were always there to make sure our stay was the best, right from the booking of our taxi for arrival and departure to answering any
questions they were more than hospitable.
The location is just the right distance from town center & virtually right on the beach, but is in walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery shopping.
The booking agents Denise & Kim were very easy to deal with, prompt, efficient and friendly.
We thank You all for a great holiday. We will be recommending this trip to all our friends and relatives.

Yes, thanks we had a lovely holiday.

Yes, we would use your Company again. We found you very extremely efficient, professional and friendly.

The Poseidon Beach Villa was great. The views were lovely, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. The only downside to it was that the water in the pool was very cold in March, so we were unable to use it, so the kids especially were disappointed with that.

As we arrived at the villa at approximately 10.30pm, the welcome pack of fruit, milk and bread etc. was very welcome!

We couldn't have chosen a better Company to help us arrange our first 'villa' holiday than Cyprus Property & Villas. Kim and Denise were always
extremely helpful and efficient dealing with any query we had. They even booked our taxis from Paphos Airport to the villa. We had a great holiday and would definitely use Cyprus Property & Villas again.

Cyprus Property and Villas as a company was fine

The villa was absolutely first class and provided everything necessary for a self catering villa holiday. The owners have clearly taken a great
deal of time and effort to ensure that facility wise clients at the villa will want for nothing. This ranges from outside around the pool to the
tv/surround sound dvd and well stocked china/glassware/cutlery cupboards.

The quality of the fixtures and fittings was excellent.

We were met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful but not intrusive in any way. I
would recommend this villa without reservation to other holiday makers.
