1. How was your property?

Astrofegia Beach is spacious, well maintained and equipped.

The swimming pool is simply 10 out of 10 and with the games room, ideal for families/groups.

The owner's little touches are great and make you feel very welcome e.g. his bar and music system.

We were disappointed the Sky satellite was not working, as with young children we needed cartoon channels to make life easier. (This has now been dealt with by the owner - it was found that insects had dropped flowers into the LNB of the Satellite Dish).

Very easy from the airport.

Great views from the Villa, a very private and safe villa.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

Kanalli restaurant was a 2 min walk away. Fantastic staff, lovely views and a good choice of menu. Child friendly.

Both the ladies we spoke to at Cyprus Proprties were helpful and friendly. Our requests regarding the property were dealt with efficiently. The only difficulty we had was paying for the property was the Paypal route.

Myself, my wife and 24 year old daughter holidayed here.

We asked for a quiet location with beach and restaurants close by with public transport to the more popular and busy Paphos and Coral Bay areas.

The Aura Villa No2 - 'Galene' - fitted the bill as requested. It was Clean and Quiet (no disturbance at all from the Queens Hotel and not in view).

The welcome pack was a nice touch but some milk for the cereal and tea/coffee would have made it much better (A pure oversight I am sure because the attending staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and felt welcome).

The private pool and gardens were also safe, neat, clean, tidy and not overlooked by other properties, with sun all day.

Several shops and good restaurants are within a ten minute walk (try The Doria and Harmony) and the bus stops for Paphos and Coral Bay were about 300 metres from the villa and ran every 15 minuets up to 12-30 at night.

A large beach was easily accessible and never crowded whenever we used it - every day. There were also good areas for snorkelling.

We have used Cyprus Property Villas before and will use them again. They are efficient, friendly and quite accurate with their information and suggestions. Well done again for supplying exactly what was asked for.

We found the property clean and comfortable. It was just the two of us but would have accomadated 6 people easily as it was very spacious.

The location for us was great, very quiet, just what we were looking for.

Cyprus properties were quick to deal with damage to the patio furniture due to a storm.

Overall the Villa was fab and would recommend it to anyone if they wanted a quiet getaway.

We have just returned from a very relaxing week in Coral Bay, Cyprus.

Villa Theodora was very clean and had every facility needed. It was very quiet and perfect for the relaxing week we were looking for. Whilst it was about a twenty minute stroll to the beach and main shops and restaurants, we quite enjoyed the walk as it was so warm in the evenings. We would suggest taking a small torch as the lighting in places was not great and it would help vehicles to see you when walking in the road, which was required at times.

We booked the villa through Cyprus Property and Villas and can honestly say they were very efficient. Their response to emails was very quick and always provided all the information requested. We would definitely use them again if we return to Cyprus.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Jasmine in St.Georges, Pathos.

The accommodation was superb, beautiful swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds and a lovely big parasol around the pool.
The kitchen was modern and very well equipped.

Although our location was quite remote (which is what we wanted) a 4x4 vehicle was supplied with the accommodation and seated all 6 of us comfortably.

The supermarket was only about 5mins drive away and stocked everything we needed, the manager was very obliging and helpful as were the staff.

Coral bay strip was 5 mins drive away and had a great choice of restaurants, would recommend the fish and chip restaurant and the beautiful safe sandy beach.

We met the owner of the villa who took great care to see that we were okay. The pool was well maintained and checked twice a week.

The scenery along the west coast is spectacular and I recommend everyone to hire a 4x4 and explore it.

St. George's harbour has a beautiful church and you can see the fishing boats come in with their catch of fresh fish.

Although the villa is in a very quiet location you are close to all amenities, a visit into Pathos and the harbour is a must. We also spent a day driving through the Troodos mountains which I would also recommend.

We were all very happy with the service provided during our stay and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

1. How was the your property?

We stayed at Villa Adelphi. The villa was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated & well equipped. The outside space was great - a lovely pool & dining area with shady spots when needed.

Garry, the owner came regularly to clean the pool and was very helpful if we needed any assistance. As he lived in a villa on the same complex, he was on hand should we need him.

2. And the location?

Perfect location for us; not too far from Coral Bay and the nearest supermarket but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful holiday. The villa was on a quiet cul-de-sac occupied by other villas owned by the same family. As a result, the area was nicely landscaped and quiet. I would recommend hiring a car if staying at this villa although the main road and a bus stop is only a 2 minute-walk from the villa.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

The nearest restaurant to the villa was Anesis. It was a lovely restaurant, good food and friendly, welcoming staff. In Coral Bay, we would highly recommend Andria restaurant. The food, staff, decor and service is exceptional and we always return there, year after year. Viklari (or the Last Castle) is also definitely worth a visit.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?

Excellent service, easy to navigate the website and I always received a prompt response to my emails. We required a late check out time due to our return flight time to the UK and you secured that with the owners of the villa which was extremely helpful. We return to Cyprus every year and we would definitely use this company again to book a villa.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?

Overall, we were very happy with the whole process from booking to arriving.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Elada II and we didn't want to come home.

The location of the villa was excellent with a beautiful sea view. The Villa was immaculate and we really enjoyed staying there. The swimming pool was brilliant, especially if you have teenage children in your party!

Really great Welcome pack on arrival which was helpful as we arrived late at night.

Coral Bay beach was a 5 min drive and Paphos was about 10 mins, really nice restaurants on the way into Paphos on the Tombs of Kings Avenue (much better than the ones in England!). I would definitely recommend Chloe's Chinese Restaurant, the food was delicious! Fat Mammas was great for entertainment value and the food portions were huge!

We also visited Pissouri Bay for a day out which has a beautiful beach and Aphrodite's Rock, I would definitely recommend visiting both.

We would use Cyprus Property Villas again and would recommend to our friends and family. Great communication through out the booking process and towards the lead up to the holiday.

Everything we hoped it would be. Modern, clean, quiet and well equipped. Plenty of space, although there were only 2 of us.

As advertised. It was a 5-10 min walk to nearest bar, supermarket and bus stop. Coral Bay was a 15-20 walk. Nice and quiet.

Really liked Japanese restaurant (Wabi Sabi) on high street.

This was my fourth time in Cyprus and we had a wonderful time.

Weather of course was glorious and the villa lived up to all expectations with nice gardens, lovely pool and very quiet location.

A very slow 10 minute stroll took us into the heart of Polis, past one or two lovely tavernas.

My friend and I weren't brave enough but our husbands went under water walking near Coral Bay and had the time of their lives and we also found a beautiful peaceful bar area in Agia Marina right next to the sea

The company "In Safe Hands" who looked after us were very helpful any time we had to phone them.

Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday but with bars, restaurants and entertainment within a 10 min walk

Lovely and airy. Comfortable lounge furniture.
A selection of DVDs are available, and an assortment of books and games. The apartment was very clean, and had a vacuum, ironing board, hairdryer, spare bedding if needed.

It was further from the coast and restaurants than I expected. However, I had hired a car which I would consider a necessity for the location. I did see lots of buses. The Cyprus car hire was very reasonable, fuel a little bit cheaper then the UK, so I was content to drive to wherever I needed to be.

My favourite beach was at the northern part of
Coral Bay near the Arapis Hotel and bus terminus. We met an english lady who
used to live in Paphos, who recommended a beach restaurant call Yialos Tavern
which was lovely, especially at sunset, as it's set on a small rocky headland.
The food is lovely and ridiculously
reasonable considering the amount of food which is served. In Paphos Harbour, we ate at Chloes Chinese Restaurant which again was lovely food.

Absolutely - so helpful in advising me and keeping me up to date on the villas I
was shortlisting. And once there, all the instructions for locating the property were very clear and precise.

We had a lovely time, I will return to Cyprus and will definitely use your company again.

This is a good villa in a good location and we all had a great holiday.

Absolutely stunning, everything we needed and more. There was 8 of us and felt the villa gave us all our own space as across 3 floors. Lilos and pool toys were a great addition too.


2. And the location?

Excellent, it was our first time to Cyprus and although the area itself catered for tourists we found it easy to get out and about and expore the real cyprus. The area was lovely and enjoyed many moon lit walks through the neighbourhood and what a view!! Miss that more than anything, waking up to the beautiful Med everyday will take some beating.

We hired quad bikes and ventured along the coast to Lara bay, I believe this was the best way to explore and reach areas you cannot reach in a saloon car. No need to pay for the safari, just jump on a bike grab a map and away you go. plenty of lovely restaurants inside Coral Bay and outside. Japanese just opposite Blazing Saddles was excellent, went twice! Kevin gave us a card for local Meze, cant remember the name (begun with a P) was 5 minute walk and located by the big roundabout as you come in to Coral Bay. Great food and hosting.

Excellent in every way from start to end. Kevin was there to meet us at the villa and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The fridge didnt seem to keep very cool so we mentioned it to Kevin, next day a new fridge arrived. Excellent!!! Thanks Kevin. Special mention to Lesley as well, the holiday was to celebrate my Dad's retirement so we were extra concerned everything needed to be right. Lesly answered all my questions promptly and even offered advice etc.

We have had a fantastic holiday only spoilt by a delay on our return flight.

Anyway the holiday was lovely, the Villa was beautiful, lovely location right on the sea and only a 5minutes walk to the bars and beach.

There is a really good Italian Restaurant at the beginning of Coral Bay that we ate in and also the Japanese Restaurant on the corner opposite the Blazing Saddles Bar is excellent All in all the food everywhere was good in the resort . A trip to the Troudoss mountains is also a must the roads are good. We also did the golf and archery both are on the road to Paphos good fun and kept us out of the sun in the midday heat.

We arrived at Paphos Airport in the middle of the night. Hired a car which was very easy to find the pick up point and once all the paperwork was sorted off we went in our Jimny Jeep. The road up to Lysos is not heavily lit but we found the villa very easily. Once inside we were astounded that the pictures on the property site did not do the interior justice. It is a beautiful villa with everything you could wish for including all kitchen utensils and crockery. Huge fridge freezer to keep all the drinks cold! After a welcome sleep in the air conditioned bedroom we awoke, drew back the blinds and gasped at the amazing panoramic views of the mountains and sea! It is breathtaking.

The pool is fabulous and a welcome retreat from a hot days touring. The local supermarket is only 10 minutes away and the people very warm and friendly. The village of Lysos itself is a very traditional Cyprian village, small roads, the old men playing their daily backgammon, with a couple of small bistro's - very tranquil.
Polis is about 20 minutes away and well worth a visit especially if you are looking for the beach. We travelled to Paphos a couple of times and this took about 40 minutes.
Paradiso Hills Hotel was really gorgeous and their Sunday lunch buffet is to die for. A nice place to go out to eat if you dont always want to cook at 'home' or travel too far in the evenings. You definitely need a car, but again with the car port, our jeep was shaded when we didn't use it. Certainly taking a drive through the Paphos mountains was another different aspect of Cyprus. Amazing scenery and very windy roads.
There were so many things that the villa had whch we had not expected, the roof terrace was a wonderful way to eat al fresco and watch the sunset, the villa was very private and securely enclosed and we would without doubt recommend this villa to anyone.

We found the property to be totally beyond our expectations, stunning approach with beautiful gardens.Everything we needed was there. We have stayed in villas before and this was the best equipped that we've had.
The location was a little further out than we had anticipated and we ended up hiring a car, but this was balanced by the fact that the area was quiet and tranquil, just what we needed as a get away from it all location. We went to the hide away restaurant which was lovely but our personal favourite was the vineyard restaurant in the beautiful square. Attentive and amusing waiters and the food on Cyprus night was outstanding. We had a ball! We had a midstay clean which was great and our local contact was very obliging. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return..the people are friendly, the location was tranquil and the service we got was fabulous.Wish we could've stayed another week!!!! The Villa was amazing, very homely, spacious, well equiped, spotless clean and the welcome pack was appreciated on arrival!

2. And the location?

I would personally say a car is recommended due to the steep inclines towards the village of Peyia which is hard work in the heat. Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus the whole place was beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking. It was nice to be able to see the sea from the balcony.

I would highly recommend hiring a 4x4 and driving to Lara beach, it was an amazing beach and the drive was interesting to say the least, I would also recommend a trip to Polis heading to the top of Peyia and then descending down the hill with the sea appearing in front of you and the Troodos mountains coming down to the bay.

Definitely, would highly recommend and will be likely to go again, next time bringing more family with us.

No, best holiday we have had in many years.

Property was an ideal size for a family of 4. The Pool is excellent, a good size for relaxing and playing around, but still big enough to swim some lengths if you want to get some exercise. The facilities were really good, air conditioning in all rooms was a god send as we went in August which was really hot. The nieghbours are really friendly and helpful too.
The barbeque is great too, we ate outside every night on our holiday it was really pleasant.

Location was good, very close to the sea (2 mins walk). 10 mins into Agia Napa and 1/2 hour to larnaca. There is a local supermarket but this was quite expensive (but good if you needed something), otherwise 20 min drive to large supermarkets. Definately need a car to get around.

We took a boat trip on our last day from Agia Napa with Captain Marco, and would highly recommend this. The boat was a good size but not too large it wasn't cramped and it was very relaxed. The food was excellent and if you book in advance they will usually throw the food in for free.
Would definately recommend a trip to Waterworld water park, spent the whole day there and loved it.

The service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent, it was completely hasstle free, everything happened just as they said at the time of the original booking.

The villa itself was incredible. It was a lovely size with plenty of space. Well appointed in every way - the air conditioning in every room was a godsend. It was a true home from home.


2. And the location?
Couldn't have been in a better location. Literally 5 minutes from everything you would possibly need, but far enough away to be quiet, relaxing and very very beautiful. There are just a few villas on the estate - all of which where ex-pat Brits. Very friendly and helpful.

Restaurants - Cousins in Peyia for meze. Brothers in Kato Paphos for a very reasonable yet tasty set menu. For a special treat the teppanyaki restaurant opposite Blazing Saddles (can't remember the name!!!) is absolutely incredible.

Very satisfied. They kept us updated with the problems that were occuring with the electricity and were always available to anser questions during the booking process and before we actually went to Cyprus.
