Just started back at work today after my holiday so I am finding it a bit
tough! Anyway I have found the experience of using your company a very positive one
and would have no hesitation in using you again or indeed recommending you
to others.I think your website is excellent and easy to use and had no
problems at all with the entire process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the villa lived up to our expectations
in every way with no complaints at all. I have to highlight the welcome and
hospitality extended by George and Fiona, they went out of their way to make
sure everything was fine and there is a lovely atmosphere about the place
which is down to their attitude towards their guests.

We would most definitely use you again. The villa (Aura Villas) was amazing and just the freedom to come and go as we pleased was great. We especially loved having our own pool without strict hours so on arriving at 11pm the first thing we did was jump in the pool! The accommodation and service provided by the villa hosts was exceptional. Special thanks again to the hosts as one baggage item never made the flight but the hosts assisted us greatly in recovering the case (even though there was never any expectation on them to do this of course). What a truly amazing holiday - villa holidays are most definitely the future taking the best of luxurious accommodation, private swimming pool and great local facilities all at a very cost effective price - what more could you ask for?!!

Kim was extremely helpful and willing to answer all the 'silly' little questions I had. I found the responses timely and also polite. The booking process was simple & user friendly. The villa was excellent. The pictures didn't do it justice! The villa was clean, spacious and had everything you could possible need for your stay. Fiona & George were friendly and made sure I didn't feel alone. Well located for both Paphos, Coral Bay & Peyia. Hospitality was amazing, Villa was spacious, clean and well equipped! Just wish I had more vacation time!

The villa was excellent, being less than twelve months old, it was all still like new. Decorated tastefully, we loved the open plan layout and the ensuite facilities in each bedroom. The villa owners were conveniently on site and provided us with an excellent handpicked welcome pack, along with water melons and free growing bananas throughout our stay grown by members of the owners family.

This cyprus villa was beautiful, very clean and comfortable with wonderful furnishing. The layout of the interior was very cleverly thought out giving spacious bedrooms with generous wardrobe and storage space. The generous spacing was evident throughout bathrooms, the living room and kitchen.
Outside was an attractive patio and good size pool. The view over Coral bay was fantastic.

We arrived late in the evening in the dark but Georgio was still waiting for us. The welcome pack was appreciated, Milk, Bread etc saved us the bother of finding a shop in a strange place that night. The next morning Georgios father arrived and introduced himself bearing a gift of two hands of locally grown Bananas which were delicious.
Now in the full glory of the Cyprus sun we saw for the first time the wonderful views across the bay to Coral Bay and Sae Caves. The sea was the most wonderful Azure Blue.
After breakfast we were off to the nearest supermaket, in the car! Two hundred meters along the road we found "Crazy Spoon" supermarket, Bar, Resturant, Snooker hall etc. So short work of that then and back to the Villa to try out the wonderful pool. Was it going to be cold? Not a bit of it. The solar heater in the sky saw to it that we had bath warn swimming water all the time. We have never had a pool that was so well maintained. Every day one of the family (don't know his name) came and tested the Chlorine levels and made sure the water was safe for us. The equipment surpassed our expectations. The dishwasher, washing machine (which I am sorry to say was used), cooker, the furnature, the showers and bathrooms were all of the highest standard. All the family at Aura Villas are to be commended for their work and effort to make our holiday a happy and memerable one.

From my first enquiry before booking the Villa Kim was so helpful in guiding me to choose the correct Villa to suit our needs. Kim obviously knew the properties she representa very well and was able to understand the needs of her clients to ensure they get the right Villa. Her influence with the car hirer ensured that we got a car that was suitable for our party. We will not hesitate to hire a Villa through you again.

The information and photos on the Cyprus Property & Villas website are spot on. It is easy to negotiate and enjoyable to use.

We had a wonderful holiday. Our Daughter and new son in law were married at Pegeia in the most glorious sunshine. I have never seen them so happy.

We came across Cyprus Villas through the Internet. After making an initial enquiry the feedback and service we received proved to be fast, friedly and efficient, and wev would be quite happy to use the company again.

The Villa itself was excellent, and only being 12 months old offered all the modern facilities that you could want for a relaxing holiday.

The Villa owners were very friendly, and had paid attention to every little detail, ensuring that we were made to feel very welcome. We even had fresh banana's from our own tree's in the villa garden. They also checked regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Cyprus Villa's to friends and family.

Just a quick note to let you know that our Villa was wonderful and was just what we wanted. The location was excellent 5 mins to the bus stop and then
we could travel to coral bay or paphos town. Our villa was like new very clean with all facillities working fine the views were wonderful. The pool
was excellent for our 2 children aged 5 and 3 and was very clean and well looked after. We had a really good time and my parents who arrived at the end of our first week loved the villa next door that we had booked for them. They enjoyed it so much they extended there stay and want to return. I would also like to say that cypruspropertyvillas were a very professional company who I will be using again and I would like to thank them for their services. The villa was just what they had told us and was perfect. I would also like to thank the owners and wish them all the best. They were very friendly and brought us lots of fruit and veg throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic time, the villa was fabulous and really ticked all the boxes and provided something for everyone, we had good access to the main beach, we were walking distance from a small cosy bay and a short drive from the harbour and its restaurants.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the pool was great. George and his family were most welcoming and honestly we were made to feel like part of the family and not tourists. They were the nicest we have met abroad. Thank you once again, we will always recommend your agency and doubtless be in touch next time we decide to go to Cyprus.

Had a fabulous week, the area was perfect for us as we had hired a car for a week, however even if we didn't have a car it wouldn't have been a problem as
the bus service was excellent. The area was quiet enough for peaceful nights but convenient enough for local tavernas.
The villa itself was perfect well maintained and clean the pool man was very polite and Andreas was very professional and helpful.
The web site is perfect and extremely helpful and hope to visit again soon.

I cannot tell you what a lovely holiday we had, the villa (I think we were given the wrong one, this had 3 bedrooms) was more than we expected, beautifully
clean and well equipped.
Nondas was always on hand to help, and gave us lots of recommendations on the best places to eat and visit.
This villa is highly suited to families and so is the area, there are plenty of restaurants in the area with pleasant English speaking staff.
We will definitely be booking again and may well visit again this year and definitely next year with some friends and family.

We have just returned from an excellent visit to Cyprus for our Daughter’s Weddings and I can say that your part of the activity helped to ensure the success
for our Family and Friends.
The Aura Villas are in a first class location, the quality of the villas is first class and the friendliness and family atmosphere is also first class. I
can honestly say that at the end of the week Barbeque held in our Villa Number 8 last Saturday – everyone was impressed with our Villas – saying how much
better they were than their own.

Just a brief note to tell you we had a very enjoyable holiday at your Eden
Heights property. The accommodation was ideal for us- a well appointed kitchen, comfortable
lounge and bedroom and the pool was a secluded suntrap. We were pleased with
the quiet location with the main areas of Paphos just a short drive away. Should we wish to return to Paphos we will certainly get in touch with you.

The villa was excellent in every way - all we could ask for amd more - excellent location, very high standard, very clean and tidy, good views, great pool, very user friendly and just what we wanted - especially with a 9 month old baby.

What to say? beautiful villa, beautiful country. We were particularly struck by the very friendly and very helpful approach of the owners.

We had an electrical problem with the villa - no electricity one night and half of the following morning - but we will remember the the fast, friendly, couldn't-be-more-helpful response rather than the problem itself.
