"We have had a most wonderful holiday, it was the first time we have hired a Villa, and would definitely do it again.

The property was clean and very spacious, and the location was beautiful, looking over the sea it was a lovely view when you wake in the morning so peaceful.

The restaurants and shops were only a 10 minute walk away and we found a beach that only the locals used which was much quieter than the main beach, unfortunately we didnt do any sightseeing as the tempratures were very hot and we had a one year old with us, but we will come back when its not so hot to do some sightseeing. The people in Coral Bay were very friendly.

The service form Cyprus Property Villas was very good and the travel pack that was sent to us was very informative and helpful, Simon our contact was alway contactable and the taxi company you recommended were very efficient. The baby hire company was also very good.

I would recommed this holiday to all of my friends, and we would definitely use you again."

Villa Papantonia in Protaras is a pleasant villa and the Management Agent was very kind and friendly. We were very grateful that the owners let us stay at such short notice.

Yes! Cyprus Property Villas were fantasic. Very helpful and quick to respond to queries. We got stranded in Cyprus at the end of our holiday due the the Icelandic volcano and they were really helpful finding us somewhere else to stay at very short notice.

We arrived back from Cyprus (Theodora) on Saturday and would like to say how much we enjoyed it.

The villa was superb, quiet, secluded and well equipped.

Perhaps you would pass this onto the owners. William was also very nice and helpful.

We left the villa in very good order on Saturday, washing/drying the towels and put the sheets on the line.

I would certainly recommend your villas to anyone asking, especially if they are all in this catagory.

1. How was the your property?

The Villa was Clean, beautiful and spacious,When we arrived we had tea coffee and sugar waiting for us and the fridge had ham, bread, butter and water in it. The pool was a good size and just amazing, we were very happy with this villa and will be definitely returning.


2. And the location?
The location was perfect everything was just a short bus ride away, and there was a couple of shops just a short walk away for basics bread and milk etc



3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

The best restaurant in the world which we ate at regularly throughout the week was called FAT MAMAS, the service the presentation and the portion sizes was well worth the money and it all tasted absolutely amazing if you eat there i would highly recommend the spare ribs, and the the godfather of chocolate cakes for desert, it takes about 10 mins to get there on the bus, definitely worth at least one visit.




4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?

Yes very much so - we will definitely be using your services again.




5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?

Just one issue we had were we ended up with no air con all week, we knew it was payable locally but we did not know where we get it from so the last 3 nights especially was very uncomfortable, perhaps there could be something at the villa to explain to other people where exactly you can purchase your air con from. This did not change how much we enjoyed our holiday in the villa though.

(The owner has responded to this and a Welcome Letter is left on the Kitchen Table which provides details about the Villa).

My family stayed in the newly built villa Oceanos (Ref No. 000598) for my dad's 60th birthday in June 2010 and we had a fantastic holiday.

The villa was amazing - something out of MTV Cribs!

The infinity pool was lovely and all the rooms were built to a very high standard with amazing views.

The kitchen had everything you required and the outside bbq area and gardens were lovely.

Thank you for a great holiday and a memorable birthday for my dad.

We had a lovely holiday in Cyprus, everything went really well, and the time flew past far too quickly!

The property was really lovely, and we enjoyed the pool and garden very much. We loved the freedom of our own villa, opposed to a hotel, and made food a couple of nights and ate outside on the lovely patio for breakfast every day.

The villa was nice and secluded, although some noise from the road could be heard, but it didn't bother us too much. The view from the 2nd floor was lovely, and listening to the waves on a night was really appreciated. There wasn't much happening around us, we shopped in Polis and spent a lot of our time in Latchi for the children to do watersports, so a car was essential. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, nice service, but not very exciting menus. We spent time in Saint Barbara having drinks while watching the sun go down, and ate at Liza's place and had the Cypriot Meat Mese, which is highly recommended.

We didn't do typical sightseeing tours, but drove into the mountains one day and found a few local villages, and enjoyed browsing around those. The Cypriot people are lovely and very open and welcoming.

We were very pleased with the service from Cyprus villas and Properties, and would recommend you to anybody.

Everything went really well, we found the property no problem, and it was all it was promised to be and more.

1. The villa was excellent and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed
in the kitchen. Lovely swimming pool and a nice area to sit outside on an
evening with a glass of wine.

2. Coral Bay is only a 20-25 minute bus ride from Paphos, we found the
buses very good and cheap, 1.50 Euros each way.

3. It has plenty of restaurants/bars, Phidias Bar has good food and the
owner is very friendly. Also a very nice beach and family friendly. We were
on holiday with our daughter her husband and two young babies.

4. Louise and Gary (our reps) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable
about places to visit, taxis to use etc.

5. I would also like to thank your staff who were extremely helpful
when we were trying to decide which villa to book and also answered any
questions which I asked with a very quick response. I would definitely
recommend you to any friends/relatives who are thinking of booking.

Kikkos Cocktail Bar in Coral Bay excellent. Prices very good and service excellent. Brought the kiddies 2 extra cocktails beacause they had removed the 'bits' they had left whilst they went on the playground! Corallo Restaurant opposite excellent fish/meat mezes. Supermarket at Coral Bay(from villa straight across roundabout on RHS) large and cheaper than others.(Only found this on our last day!!!) We went to Pathos for the day and Lara Beach/Polis/ Latchi on another.Both excellent days out.Lara Beach (where the turtles are)certainly tested our little hire car!! Had to take the very bumpy road very carefully!!

We had an absolutely brilliant time staying at the very comfortable, well furnished Villa Theodora in Cyprus. The villa is almost perfect. You have to be there to appreciate it. The back garden/pool area is very private, peaceful and relaxing. The location is good, about a 15 min stroll to shops/beach and we managed to find a short cut at the very end of the close, leading to allotments which had a man made path and made getting to the beach or bus stop, for Paphos quicker and easier. We used the bus twice to visit Paphos, which took about 30 mins. The local “Santa Marina” Fish & Chip restaurant was very good, both to eat in and take away. Would suggest taking a torch with you, as the back roads leading to the villa are VERY dark at night. William, who looks after the place was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back, in fact one week wasn’t long enough, we didn’t want to come home!

Excellent location. Only a 5 min drive to Coral Bay where we were visiting a friends wedding. The 20 min drive to Paphos harbour is a nice easy drive too.

We loved our holiday in the villa, the area was beautiful and it was just the right time of year for us as everywhere was covered in flowers and it was very quiet!

Your management people were friendly and helpful and we had no complaints.

The villa is a little 'unlived in' no paperbacks around, no pictures on the wall etc It was fine for us just a little bare. This was not a problem merely an observation.

We used an upstairs twin room as the downstairs double was a bit small for us (the bed) and there was a problem with the ceiling at the time but this again was no problem really.

We enjoyed our trip through the mountains to the Chrys.... monastery very much and we took a couple of trips to the Baths of Aphrodite where the walks were beautiful and spectacular.

The weather was hot and we spent a lot of time lazing, reading and watching the swallows dipping in the pool, also the family of lizards which lived in the garden.

We used the links on your website for flights and car hire and all worked well.

A great escape. Cyprus was more beautiful than we expected.

The location was great. We went to Cyprus to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary (we got married at the St George) so we had 3 other families travel out with us. Cyprus Villas organised properties for 2 of the other families all very close by to our villa. It's a 5 minute walk from the sea and in a nice quiet area.

Dimma Bar - nice, friendly and convenient. Pendaros (I think?) restaurant on the main road does cracking BBQed meat and fish.

Very much so. I was impressed with all my dealings with Cyprus Villas. They are friendly and informative giving good and honest advice. I would (and did) recommend them to others.

The directions to the villa could have been clearer. A map would have been really useful. We ended up having to phone the villa owner at midnight to give us directions. The sign for Marinas Villas is very faded and difficult to see.

"We found the villa to be exactly as advertised. It was stylishly decorated with all the mod cons you would expect. The villa itself was immaculately clean although the windows could have done with a bit of a clean! The setting was extremely beautiful with stunning views over the sea caves. The location was perfect, reasonably secluded yet near enough to the local villages, to be able to enjoy the local tavernas and bars. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending the villa to friends and would definitely visit again.

Only thing I would change, is that it would be handy to have a visitors book so people can give their views on restaurant and areas to visit.

"I have to say the property was very well maintained and looked after.
We spent endless hours in the swimming pool which was very clean and
well kept.
We had ample towels and the kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery
and dishes.
The location was very good as it was only a short drive from both the
beach and the local towns.
Car hire is highly recommended as the Villa is somewhat off the beaten track of
the main roads / bus routes.
Coral Beach is the best beach in the area.
The Tomb of Kings is a fun place to see and explore.
There are a number of good restaurants in the area but the one I would highly recommend would be the Koh I Noor, which is an Indian restaurant of very high quality of food and service and was very reasonably priced as well.
I did have a few problems in regards to the TV and the upstairs sink being blocked but these were quickly rectified by Antonis who was our point of contact if we had any problems. None were encountered after this.

- very good, especially the introduction of the water cooler an excellent and very practical addition. The welcome pack, bananas and tomatoes were also greatly appreciated.

- having stayed here before we were aware of the location which we liked.

- we found a new restaurant called St Pauls in Paphos, near the church and archaeological site - make sure you are really hungry as the meat meze comes highly reccommended and keeps coming too..........

- whilst not wishing to critisize, it is a villa for 6 and we felt that some cutlery/crockery was now lacking, especailly from our previous visit - for example, we purchased 2 glass tumblers as there were only 3 and 2 plastic ones? - we have now left these for future guests!
- the 5 bulb light fittings in the lounge only have 2 bulbs working! - didn't bother us - we only had it on once - but with all lights they should surely be checked before new guests arrive as these can go at any time!

(The owner has responded as follows:- We try to do the best for all our customers. We forgot to check the lights and the glasses on this occasion but now we have fixed them. Always we ask customers if they have any problem or if they need something, to please feel free to tell us.)
